Gochujang Dressing

5 tablespoons gochujang paste (Korean chili paste)

3 clove garlic (minced)

2 ½ tablespoon​ sugar

½ green apple, peeled

5 tablespoons​ rice vinegar

5 tablespoons​ soya sauce

3 T oil

2 ½ tablespoons sesame oil

5 teaspoons sesame seeds

Place the gochujang paste, minced garlic, sugar, green apple, rice vinegar, soya sauce and oils in the bowl of a food processor or blender and blend to combine. Adjust for seasoning, adding more salt, soya sauce, sweetness as needed. Stir in the sesame seeds.
