Appleteria

Goodness knows how I came on the name for this Breakfast confection!  It makes people very happy.  Don’t be shy with the cinnamon sugar.

Per person:

½ c (or more) good Greek Yoghurt

1 large Granny Smith Apple, partly peeled and grated

1 T cinnamon sugar

2 T runny honey

5 toasted almonds or hazelnuts, roughly chopped

3 pitted dates roughly chopped

Optional: 2 T your favourite Granola

Put the yoghurt in a mound in a bowl.  Pile the grated apple on top. Sprinkle on the cinnamon sugar and drizzle on the honey. Finish off with the other bits.
