Our shop is a bustling eatery at 111 Sir Lowry Road, Woodstock, Cape Town. 

During the week we serve our legendary Love Sandwiches (possibly the best sandwich you will ever have), a host of exciting Salads and all manner of delicious things for coffee or lunch. 

We are particularly proud of our Salads.  They are fresh and unusual and we are continually striving to excite our loyal customers with new, fresh flavours. (click here to view some of our Salads)

Our Sandwiches are made on artisanal rolls and come with our signature pestos, mayo, salad and dressings. (click here to view our Sandwich Selection)

Other treats include our superb Almond Croissants, Prosperity Bars, World Peace Brownies, Ginger Fudge Squares and lovely Kitchen-made cakes

Our menu changes daily, but there is always a “Chicken Dish of the Day” as well as other specials.

Our guests eat in The Kitchen or take away.  Some clever people take our fare home for dinner or place catering orders (Karen Dudley Food and Party) for their own parties.  We also cater for a growing number of Production Lunches and Office Lunches.
