The team in our kitchen is versatile and talented. Each member has an area of speciality and each contributes to the whole. It's personal: we are cooks who take pride in our arts. The industry and excitement of our busy kitchen makes for a very inspiring and creative environment. We love what we do!

Besides the kitchen team, we have a supporting team of barmen, waiters and waitresses who accompany us to larger events. The barmen have years of experience, a command of their craft and an unrivalled commitment to service and discretion. The waitresses are charming, attentive and professional.

As it happened a few good things rubbed off and with a natural leaning towards making all things delicious, she added to this knowledge, learning from wonderful people in different places. She has worked and trained in Washington DC (under Chef John O'Neil at The Cedars), and London (Finns of Chelsea Green SW3), gaining valuable skill and experience as well as recognition as a cook of note!
